Parish Pastoral Care

                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
This team would be responsible for maintaining our list of sick and shut-in members, informing the Priest of requests for visits.  The team would establish and maintain a process for noting missing members and would contact them to see if they needed help or assistance.  The team would also coordinate the process for responding to community needs.
